Arizona Land Consulting Triples Return on 120-Acre Arizona Property in 3 Years

Despite a turbulent market, industrial land continues to deliver high returns to investors in West Valley

The Tonopah-based property was purchased for $13,000 per acre and sold three years later for $45,000 per acre. The property, located in an opportunity zone off the I-10 freeway and 339th Ave., already has zoning and infrastructure in place. The buyer has plans to develop an industrial site on the land.
