TruBlue Total House Care Teams Up with CarePatrol to Provide a Superior Level of Senior Services

With the new strategic alliance, TruBlue franchise owners will have the opportunity to refer qualified senior care advisors to clients who are going through a change in their living situation, as well as provide home maintenance and modification to more members of their communities.

CINCINNATI, Dec. 6, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- TruBlue Total House Care, the emerging 80+ unit home-services franchise, has made a name for itself as the brand focused on providing home maintenance, modification and repair services in addition to ongoing in-home support to help seniors age in place. In order to meet the growing demand for its services and to meet all seniors' needs, TruBlue is continuing to team up with new national vendor partners to build out its portfolio of home services. The newest partnership is with CarePatrol, an entity under Best Life Brands and the nation's largest and most trusted senior living placement organization, with over 150 local senior care advisors throughout the country.

"The partnership came about as we continued to look for verifiable partners of care, whether it be in home health, skilled nursing, hospitals, or rehabilitation centers," said TruBlue Senior Strategic Advisor Carrie Coumbs. "CarePatrol is a very important part of the senior care industry. Even the best-laid plans don't always go right in life, and when a senior needs a housing change or something happens to their health, TruBlue can now turn to CarePatrol and their advisors to help our wonderful clients through their next step as it relates to aging and care."

CarePatrol is a care advisory company, which means it assesses each client's care level needs, financial needs, and general preferred locations to recommend the best independent living, assisted living, memory care, and in-home care options. From there, CarePatrol advisors offer a comprehensive suite of services to clients, including discovery calls, guided tours of communities, full care details and transparent pricing, moving day and transition support, and ongoing care support.

CarePatrol Brand President, Becky Bongiovanni, is excited about the partnership and noted, "We are thrilled to partner with TruBlueHouseCare. We know that when families are looking for care, they need so much more. Adding TruBlue Total House Care to our offerings will provide aging adults more opportunities to remain independent in their home. Additionally, when an aging adult needs to sell their home, TruBlue can help make the necessary improvements to get the best resale value. CarePatrol continues to provide quality care solutions for those who are not able to live at home."

"The part that really spoke to us about CarePatrol is that they take each client's individual journey to heart," said Coumbs. "Advisors will meet with the seniors and their families, go with them on the touring process and start to build out a plan financially, geographically and physically."

This, Coumbs says, is where TruBlue comes in. "If a senior is moving, that house needs to be modified so it is ready to sell in today's economy, whether that means taking out some of the adaptive devices, decluttering, painting, cleaning out gutters," she said. "Our goal is to support the advisor as they support the seniors. We can handle these tasks for seniors getting ready to move into a new home, and we can also come in and handle the tasks for seniors looking to sell their current home."

Whether it's performing a home safety assessment to ensure the best living environment, installing safety bars in the bathtub, cleaning the house, changing the air filter, or handling emergency repairs, TruBlue offers ongoing help and support for seniors living at home. Additionally, TruBlue's recurring service offering allows seniors and busy families to stay on top of routine maintenance, offering a range of services that are scheduled throughout the year.

Because both CarePatrol and TruBlue are franchise organizations, Coumbs says local owners will be able to work together to come up with a plan to better serve seniors in their specific communities. With cross referrals, both brands will be able to reach new clients and provide additional value to their existing portfolios.

"A TruBlue franchisee may have clients on a monthly subscription program, and those seniors or their families may ask for a referral to a local senior housing or care provider, or a CarePatrol client may ask for home modification when moving," said Coumbs. "The local TruBlue franchisee can now refer to their local CarePatrol strategic partner as a reliable advisor to come in and provide a no-cost educational program for seniors and help them choose a new community. The CarePatrol franchisee can also now lean on a nearby TruBlue operation as a trusted provider of home assessment, modification and maintenance."

Coumbs says TruBlue is excited to leverage this partnership as it continues to sign qualified franchisees who are interested in bringing the brand's uniquely well-positioned and meaningful consumer offering to the communities they serve.

"By teaming up with national senior care partners like CarePatrol, we can stand together with a common mission and purpose," said Coumbs. "Together, we can better provide comprehensive solutions that promote successful aging in place and a better life for Americans all across the country."
