Litigation Partner Rebecca Avrutin Foley Joins Raines Feldman in New York

Raines Feldman is pleased to announce that Rebecca Avrutin Foley has joined the firm as a partner in the New York office. She will continue her litigation practice with an emphasis on representing clients in high-stakes litigation, business partnership disputes, complex contract disputes, fraud and breach of fiduciary duty actions, intellectual property actions and regulatory matters.

"Rebecca is a wonderful addition to our firm and fits in well with our collegial atmosphere that has become our cultural trademark," said Jonathan Littrell, Raines Feldman's Managing Partner. "With her experience and skillset, she will be a considerable asset to our litigation practice."

Raines Feldman has been creative and intentional about seizing growth opportunities and welcoming the best legal talent. With the addition of Rebecca and Los Angeles Partner Clif McFarland in Los Angeles, Raines Feldman has further expanded its capabilities in the litigation, real estate and environmental, land use and natural resources arena.

"I am excited to join Raines Feldman. The strength of the lawyers in varied practice areas and growth of the firm is very impressive. I look forward to continuing to practice with Simon Miller, the Managing Partner of the New York office, as well as my new partners in New York and throughout the firm," Rebecca stated.

Rebecca joins Raines Feldman from Duane Morris LLP. She started her legal career at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and later joined Blank Rome LLP and Eisner LLP.

With offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, and New York, Raines Feldman has been strategically expanding its roster of lawyers across its practices nationwide. Earlier this year, the firm launched a Media and Entertainment practice by welcoming Rami Yanni and Bill Hochberg from Rosenfeld, Meyer & Sussman in Los Angeles. Other recent additions include former Reed Smith corporate partner Mitchell Cohen in Los Angeles, and former Troutman Pepper corporate partner Derek Dundas in Orange County.
