Abuelo's Again Pays Tribute to American Veterans with Honor Flight Fundraisers


"Queso for Heroes" Promotion Salutes U.S. Veterans by Raising Funds to Help Honor Flight Provide Free Transportation for Veterans to Visit Memorials in Washington, D.C.

LUBBOCK, Texas, Nov. 9, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- Abuelo's Mexican Restaurant, famous for its authentic, made-from-scratch Mexican cuisine, is again saluting America's veterans by working with the Honor Flight Network, a national nonprofit organization that honors our nation's veterans with a cost-free trip to visit the national memorials and monuments in Washington, D.C. dedicated to honoring their service and sacrifice. Abuelo's will donate $1 to the Honor Flight Network for each Chile con Queso and Queso Diablo appetizer sold from Monday, November 7 through Friday, November 11, at all Abuelo's locations.
