Key conference topics for a more inclusive workplace include:

The Weight of Reconciliation ? The morning Keynote address by Rose LeMay, CEO Indigenous Reconciliation Group, will discuss how reconciliation offers an opportunity for corporate leaders to build cultural competence for solid relationships with Indigenous leaders, using their influence as allies. She will also address how including Indigenous women in leadership positions is one way that Corporate Canada can contribute to Reconciliation.

Requiring Pay Equity ? During the late morning session, a panel including Robyn Doolittle of The Globe and Mail, Jackie Van Der Meulen from Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, and Kadie Ward from Ontario Pay Equity Commission will discuss how Canadian corporations can close the gender pay, opportunity, and leadership gaps with new legislation now in effect.

Catalyst Canada's 2022 Champions ? Throughout the day, each 2022 Catalyst Champion will have the opportunity to discuss how DEI programs they developed for their workplaces have accelerated women's progress and benefitted the workplace culture for all employees.
