RHP PROPERTIES ANNOUNCES PURCHASE OF CEDARVILLE PARK MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITY IN WASHINGTON, DC SUBURB WITH 400 HOME SITES


FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., Nov. 3, 2022 /PRNewswire/ -- RHP Properties (RHP), the nation's largest private owner and operator of manufactured home communities, has announced the acquisition of Cedarville Park Manufactured Home Community located in the Washington, DC suburb of Brandywine, Maryland in Prince George's County. Cedarville Park is an active senior 55+ community with 260 home sites and an approved expansion planned, bringing the total to 400 home sites.
