Generational Equity Advises InfoCase in its Sale to Gamber-Johnson


Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, InfoCase, Inc. to Gamber-Johnson LLC (a holding of Main Street Capital Corporation). The acquisition closed September 16, 2022.

InfoCase, located in Blue Ash, Ohio, is an industry leader in the design and manufacturing of protective cases, holsters, and other productivity enhancing accessories for mobile devices. The Company's mission is to help mitigate damage of its customers' mobile technology while increasing the efficiency of its use.
