NYSE to Suspend Trading Immediately in Warrants of Babylon Holdings Limited (BBLN WS) and Commence Delisting Process
The New York Stock Exchange LLC ("NYSE" or "Exchange") announced today that the staff of NYSE Regulation has determined to delist the warrants, each exercisable for one Class A ordinary share of Babylon Holdings Limited (the "Company") ? ticker symbol BBLN WS ? from the NYSE. Trading in the Company's warrants will be suspended immediately.
NYSE Regulation reached its decision that the Company's warrants are no longer suitable for listing pursuant to Listed Company Manual Section 802.01D, since the warrants no longer meet the minimum distribution criteria after considering the preliminary results of the Company's tender offer for the warrants, as disclosed in the Company's press release dated June 21, 2022.
The Company has a right to a review of this determination by a Committee of the Board of Directors of the Exchange. The NYSE will apply to the Securities and Exchange Commission to delist the warrants pending completion of all applicable procedures, including any appeal by the Company of the NYSE Regulation staff's decision.
