Photon Announces Confidential Submission of Draft Registration Statement

Photon Interactive UK Limited today announced that it has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form F-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") with respect to an initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The registration statement is expected to become effective and the offering is expected to occur after the SEC completes its review process, subject to market and other conditions.
