CMP 2022 Resource Limited Partnership Raises $13,585,000 on First Closing

TORONTO, Feb. 17, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Goodman & Company, Investment Counsel Inc. (the "Manager") is pleased to announce that CMP 2022 Resource Limited Partnership (the "Partnership") has completed the first closing of its initial public offering of Class A limited partnership units (the "Class A Units") and Class F limited partnership units (the "Class F Units" and together with the Class A Units, the "Units"). The Partnership sold 11,379 Class A Units and 2,206 Class F Units for gross proceeds of $13,585,000.

The Partnership anticipates completing a second and final closing on or about March 24, 2022. Units of the Partnership are being offered in all provinces and territories in Canada at a price of $1,000 per Unit with a minimum subscription of $5,000 (5 Units).
