Prosper Group acquires 64 acre site Hawks Ridge in Huntsville, Alabama

HUNTSVILLE, Ala., Feb. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Prosper Group, a Tampa, Florida real estate developer, led by Jay Roberts acquired Hawks Ridge, a 64 acre raw land site in Huntsville, Alabama for an undisclosed amount in mid December 2021. The property was purchased through a joint-venture between Prosper Group and SSG, a Miami-based development group led by Manny Rodriguez, from RFM Properties, LLC, a Huntsville-based developer.

The joint-venture plans to build high end luxury homes ranging from $700,000 to over a million dollars overlooking downtown Huntsville. The property is located in one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in the area and sits atop a ridge with unmatched sweeping city and valley views.
