Hopper, CCIM, Managing Principal arranged the sale of the Red Roof Plus Orlando, FL for an undisclosed price on December 29, 2021. DSH Hotel Advisors represented the seller QDI 1 LLC, and an outside brokerage firm represented the buyer HKB Investment Group.
