Premier Health Announces Resignation of Director


MONTRÉAL, Nov. 23, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Premier Health of America Inc. (TSXV: PHA) (the "Corporation" or "Premier Health"), a leading Canadian Healthtech company, announces that Mr. Hubert Marleau has resigned from the board of directors of the Corporation for personal reasons, and the board has accepted his resignation.
