The North Aegean islands are found in the northeast Aegean Sea near the coast of Turkey.
The Sporades islands near Volos (northern mainland Greece) in the western Aegean Sea.
The Dodecanese islands in the southeast Aegean Sea and the eastern Mediterranean Sea.

Greece has long been a tourist magnet, but it's big enough that it's still possible to find that secret "paradise spot" away from the crowds.
