Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier Selects United Fiber & Data for Optical Wavelength Services in the U.S.

YORK, Pa., Sept. 21, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- United Fiber & Data (UFD), a premier fiber optic network provider in the U.S. Northeast region, announces today it has been selected by Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier, to provide 100G optical wavelength services outside the Mid-Atlantic I-95 corridor. UFD's fiber route spans from northern New Jersey to the data center capital of the world, Ashburn, Virginia.

UFD's lit services provide customers cost-effective 10G to 100G optical wavelength options delivered over its diversely built long-haul fiber backbone that links the Greater New York City metro area to Northern Virginia, with future capabilities of up to 600G wavelengths.
