Traeger Announces Filing of Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering
TGPX Holdings I LLC ("Traeger") today announced that it has publicly filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") relating to a proposed initial public offering of its common stock. The number of shares to be offered and the price range for the proposed offering have not yet been determined. The offering is subject to market and other conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the offering may be completed, or as to the actual size or terms of the offering. Traeger intends to apply to list its common stock on the NYSE under the symbol "COOK."
Morgan Stanley, Jefferies, Baird, and William Blair will act as joint lead book-running managers for the proposed offering. Credit Suisse, RBC Capital Markets, BMO Capital Markets, Piper Sandler, and Stifel will also act as book-running managers and Telsey Advisory Group will act as co-manager for the proposed offering.
