CHLA Applauds Governor's Solution for Employee Mask-Wearing
On behalf of California's more than 6,000 hotels and 235,000 hotel employees, the California Hotel and Lodging Association released this statement in response to Gov. Newsom's order aligning employee mask-wearing regulations today:
"California hotels and their employees salute Gov. Newsom's leadership and that of members of his public health team in aligning workplace mask-wearing policy with science," said Lynn S. Mohrfeld, President and CEO of CHLA. "The governor's decision allows California hotels and businesses to reopen fully without conflicting guidance for employers and employees. We, our employees and our guests are grateful."
