MZ Technologies Named 3DInCites Start-up Of The Year

ROME, May 20, 2021 /PRNewswire/ -- MZ Technology, been named 3DInCites' 2021 Start-up of The Year. The 3D technology industry group recognized MZ Technologies for its, "innovative and much-needed design tool GENIO^tm."  GENIO^tm  is EDA's first commercially available IC/Packaging Co-Design Tool.

3DInCites lauded GENIO^tm for considering multiple components that enable 3D co-packaging of chips and chiplets down to the PCB level.
