Wirepath Home Systems, LLC dba SnapAV, a leader in the connected home technology market, today announces that its parent company has confidentially submitted a draft registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to the proposed initial public offering of the company's common stock.
