May Is National Elder Law Month and Older Americans Month


WASHINGTON, May 1, 2021 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- As Americans are slowly but surely emerging from the global pandemic with vaccine rollouts and loosened restrictions on nursing home visitations, elder and special needs law attorneys across the country are celebrating National Elder Law Month and Older Americans Month virtually. NAELA members are holding virtual seminars and workshops, writing blogs, and articles for their local news and media outlets. They are contacting their clients with information about recent changes in the laws that will affect them.

The COVID-19 shutdown highlights the need to have important legal documents in place or up-to-date.
