Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. Launches Roadshow for Proposed Initial Public Offering

Bowman Consulting Group Ltd. (the "Company or "Bowman") announced today that it plans to commence the roadshow for its proposed initial public offering of 3,077,000 shares of common stock. The initial public offering price is currently expected to be between $12.00 and $14.00 per share. The Company has applied to list its common stock on the Nasdaq Global Market ("Nasdaq") and trade under the ticker symbol "BWMN". D.A. Davidson & Co. and B. Riley Securities are acting as the joint bookrunners for this proposed offering. Bowman has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 461,550 shares of common stock solely to cover over-allotments, if any.
