ZIM Announces Filing Of F-1 Registration Statement For The Issuance Of Its Ordinary Shares

(the "Company"), announces that it filed on December 30, 2020, a registration statement on Form F-1 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for an initial public offering of its ordinary shares. The amount of ordinary shares to be offered and the price per share has not yet been determined.
