Ideaship represents a first-of-its-kind patent equity fund. The fund provides patent development capital for early stage ventures by providing patent valuation, insightful patent market and patent roadmap analysis, alongside strategic patent counsel funding, in exchange for equity.
Based on the strength of the first fund and its 39 investee companies, Ideaship II was quietly launched in April of 2020. Fund II has made six investments to date with plans to make between 30 to 50 investments through early 2022.
