His pioneering research on organizational buying behavior, market segmentation, conjoint analysis, and marketing strategy has resulted in him being one of the most cited authors in marketing. He is also a prolific writer, having authored and edited 30 books, published over 300 articles, and edited top marketing journals. Among his many innovations at Wharton, he led the development of Wharton Executive MBA, the Lauder Institute and Wharton School Publishing.
