Media Advisory - Space in service of Earth: two potential solutions for agriculture


LONGUEUIL, QC, Nov. 25, 2020 /CNW/ - On Thursday, November 26, during the Grand colloque Agtech du Québec, Matthew Bamsey and Guy Aubé, two experts from the Canadian Space Agency (CSA), will talk about how space exploration research and satellite data help improve agricultural practices.

Matthew Bamsey will present CSA research on food production in space and the possible benefits in remote areas like the Arctic.

Guy Aubé will give a presentation about the potential of satellite data to help Canadian agricultural producers optimize their practices and crop growth.
