MemoryWell partners with Prospero Health to promote person-centered care through life storytelling

WASHINGTON, Nov. 18, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- MemoryWell, the premier life storytelling platform for older adults, is partnering with Prospero Health, a home-based supportive care company, to improve patient-centered care for seniors living with serious illness. 

MemoryWell's trained writers will interview 100 Prospero patients and write their life stories, which will be shared with Prospero's care teams to promote comprehensive and compassionate care to patients. The pilot program will begin in early 2021.

Prospero's team-based approach to care is designed to enable patients to live their best lives and to receive care determined by personal choice and preference, rather than dictated by circumstance.
