Torstar Launches Parcel Delivery Service for Retailers in Ontario

TORONTO, Nov. 17, 2020 /CNW/ - Metroland Parcel Services, a Torstar business, announces the launch of a new parcel delivery service in Ontario.  The first parcels delivered by Metroland were on behalf of the national retail chain Toys"R"Us Canada.

The Ontario parcel delivery market is worth an estimated $4.5 billion a year and this year, for the first time ever, it is estimated that almost 50 per cent of consumers will shop online.
