KANSAS CITY, Mo., Oct. 22, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Caravan Health will host its fifth Accountable Care Symposium, the first held virtually, for thought leaders, decision makers, and frontline practitioners in accountable care from across the nation. From December 7-10, health care visionaries will have the opportunity to listen to keynote speakers, learn best practices from peers, and watch and support awards presentations.

Prior to Optum, Dr. Conway was the CEO of BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina and before that was Chief Medical Officer, Deputy Administrator and Director for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation at Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
