Facedrive Provides Further Update Regarding Interim Financial Statements
Facedrive Inc. ("Facedrive") (TSXV: FD), a Canadian "people-and-planet first" tech ecosystem, wishes to provide an update with respect to its interim financial statements and accompanying Management Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the interim period ended June 30, 2020. As previously disclosed on August 28, 2020, the Company is relying upon the Canadian Securities Administrators' filing extension program (the "Temporary Relief Measures").
The Company confirms that, other than as previously disclosed, there have been no material business developments since August 28, 2020, the date of the news release that was issued by the Company regarding the Temporary Relief Measures.
The Company confirms that it intends to file its interim financial statements and MD&A on or before October 13, 2020.
