Business Opening: U-Haul Offers Retail, Storage in West Atlanta

ATLANTA, Aug. 11, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- U-Haul® opened its newest retail and indoor storage facility last week at 4225 Fulton Industrial, site of the former Mosley Motel.

Now U-Haul Moving & Storage at Fulton Industrial Gateway and I-20 , the property has been remade into a dynamic retail, moving and self-storage complex featuring 164 rooms with high-tech security features and climate-controlled options at affordable price points.

Plans call for an additional 800 self-storage units before the transformation is complete. U-Haul acquired the property in 2018. The store officially opened Aug. 3.

"Over the years, we simply outgrew our older Fulton Industrial store," said Pat Spencer, U-Haul Company of Atlanta West president. "This new location will offer our full scope of products and services. We have room to grow here, and are thrilled to offer a one-stop location for our self-move customers."
