The EBMX can withstand the world's harshest environment and is the only clamped enclosure for hazardous areas. The design makes opening and closing the EBMX significantly faster than traditional bolted enclosures. Safer - the clamps on the EBMX enclosure automatically applies even pressure across the flame path. No need to worry about missing or improperly torqued bolts resulting in an explosion hazard in the facility. The EBMX enclosure is rated Class I, Divisions 1 and 2, and has a NEMA 4X rating to protect against water ingress.

The new Crouse-Hinds series encapsulated S4XPB panel board built with the SynergEX encapsulated circuit breakers provide overcurrent and short circuit protection for low voltage power, lighting and heat tracing applications, hazardous locations; such as refineries, chemical and petrochemical plants, mining, food processing facilities and corrosive and industrial processing facilities. SynergEX components and main breakers are fully encapsulated so that sparking devices are not capable of igniting in a hazardous location.  The encapsulated components allow for the use of lightweight enclosures resulting in an easy installation.  S4XPB panel boards with SynergEX breakers open in seconds via two quarter-turn screws, versus dozens of bolts, as with traditional NEMA 7 enclosures. With the partnership with Eaton, Spike Electric Controls is now the leading quick-ship, nationally recognized manufacture for hazardous location equipment.

SN7 Eaton Crouse-Hinds panelboards by Spike Electric Controls are quick ship factory sealed panelboards.
