As COVID-19 virus cases spike across the country, over 4.4M cases have been recorded by the CDC to date, as people do their best to remain safe to avoid becoming contaminated, front-line workers have no choice but to put themselves in harms way.
Josh Welch, Founder & Managing Principal of Three Pillars Capital, noticed these alarming numbers and wanted to find a way to give back.
Founder Josh Welch said, "A donated home remodel is our small way of saying ?Thank You' to someone who risks their life every day battling this global pandemic. It is important for us to have them feel safe! Fifty-thousand dollars is not a large amount of money to bring a smile to someone when they enter their remolded home from a sleepless shift. It's priceless!"
Collecting nominations from residents in the nearly 1,000 apartment homes Greenline Apartment Management manages, members of the Houston community and numerous Church organizations. All are encouraged to nominate a deserving front-line worker (Police, Firefighter, EMT, Healthcare provider) for the opportunity to win the home remodel valued at $50,000. Nominations will be taken from now until the deadline of August 30th 2020. Nominees will be reviewed and a winner will be publicly announced September 15th.
You contact Greenline Homes directly to nominate a front-line worker by emailing [email protected] with the subject line; Front-line worker home nomination along with your nomination and a brief write up on the nominee detailing why you feel they are deserving.
