Connect FSS and Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union Announce Multi-Year Contract Extension

MURRAY, Utah, July 6, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Connect Financial Software Solutions ("Connect"), a CUSO providing advanced enterprise digital banking services to credit unions, has announced the signing of a 5-year contract extension with Knoxville TVA Employees Credit Union ("KTVA"). Under the terms of the new agreement, Connect will continue to provide KTVA with services and support of the Emerge Digital Banking Platform through 2025.

Headquartered in Knoxville, TN, KTVA was founded in 1934 to provide affordable financial services for Tennessee Valley Authority employees. Today, KTVA is a $2.7 billion asset credit union serving over 220,000 members throughout nine counties in Eastern Tennessee. Since partnering with Connect in 2012, KTVA's digital channels have become the central hub of member activity, with more than 121,000 active users, and totaling 42.5 million logins during the past year. Through their collaborative relationship with Connect, KTVA has been able to tailor the digital banking experience on the Emerge platform. The application has continually evolved to meet the needs of their membership.

"We see Connect FSS as a financial partner. As a co-operative themselves, their philosophies and operational structure align with the Credit Union and our motto of 'People Helping People.' They are highly responsive, supportive, and innovative," said Denise O'Dell, VP of Electronic Services at KTVA. "Our relationship with Connect allows the Credit Union to offer the most relevant, up-to-date financial products for our online and mobile delivery channels. We look forward to our continued partnership."

KTVA will continue to participate in the Connect Innovation Group, a group of thought-leader credit unions that help define and contribute to the Connect product roadmap. This group was instrumental in the creation of Connect's multi-channel template-driven user interface, as well as many other new features and capabilities over the past several years.

"Connect is delighted to continue the partnership with KTVA," said Connect CEO Grant Parry. "In addition to being a great partner to work with, KTVA brings a commitment to digital enablement and innovation that fits very well with Connect's collaborative business model. We look forward to enabling KTVA's digital strategy in many new and important ways over the next five years."
