The Board of Directors of Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. (NYSE: WDR) approved a quarterly dividend on its Class A common stock of $0.25 per share payable on August 3, 2020 to stockholders of record as of July 13, 2020.

Waddell & Reed Financial, Inc. will announce second quarter 2020 earnings before trading begins on the New York Stock Exchange, Tuesday, July 28, 2020, followed by a conference call at 10:00 a.m. Eastern.
