Women-owned commercial real estate firm launches in Indianapolis

INDIANAPOLIS, June 1, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial real estate brokers Kara Riggle Collesano and Yumi Goodman today announced the launch of 92c Partners (92c), a women-owned commercial real estate firm based in Indianapolis. 92c will be one of only a select few certified Women Business Enterprises (WBE) in the state of Indiana providing commercial real estate brokerage services?a point of pride for the co-founding partners who put forward over 34 years of combined experience.

Riggle Collesano and Goodman chose the name 92c in recognition of the 92 counties in Indiana, where the firm will be headquartered. Prior to forming 92c, Goodman was a Principal at RESOURCE Commercial Real Estate.  She also worked with the Office Advisory Services Group of CBRE in both the Chicago and Indianapolis offices.  She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology from Indiana University and lives in Carmel with her husband and two children.

Riggle Collesano was previously a Principal as well as Director of Government Services at RESOURCE.  She attended Indiana University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs.  She currently lives in Geist with her husband.
