Ophthalmology Times® Is Now Accepting Nominations for the 2020 Research Scholar Honoree Program
Ophthalmology Times®, a leading multimedia platform dedicated to ophthalmologists, announces nominations are now open for the 2020 Research Scholar Honoree Program. The deadline for resident and fellow nominations is no later than July 22, 2020.

"We are delighted to recognize and honor the individuals who continue to propel the specialty forward, making great strides toward the progression of patient care."
All nominated candidates are required to submit a summary report and abstract of unique and notable research relative to the topic of retina. The top 15 finalists will be invited to present their research to an expert panel during the annual American Academy of Ophthalmology 2020 meeting in Las Vegas, where the first through fifth place winners will be announced.
"As the number of research submissions continues to grow with each year, the Research Scholar Honoree Program has gained a great deal of notoriety within the field," added Dr. Rishi Singh, program chair of Ophthalmology Times® Research Scholar Honoree Program. "The increased industry awareness of the exclusive program serves as a true testament to our residents and fellows, who continue to impress with the level of scientific rigor that is illustrated in the quality of submitted abstracts."
Aside from presenting their research at the American Academy of Ophthalmology 2020 meeting, the winning and the finalist entries will be shared on the Ophthalmology Times® platform. The top five finalists will also have their entries featured in a supplement to a peer-reviewed publication.
