("Mullen Group", "We", "Our" and/or the "Corporation") announced today that in light of the COVID-19 pandemic and to ensure the safety of our employees and shareholders, we will hold our annual meeting of shareholders in a virtual only format, which will be conducted via live audio webcast. Shareholders will have an equal opportunity to participate at the meeting online regardless of their geographic location.
