InventHelp Inventor Develops Dog Waste Collection Device (FLA-3226)

PITTSBURGH, March 20, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- An inventor from Boca Raton, Fla., has developed the PET SCOOP, an extendable, telescopic scoop device for easy capture of pet dog waste.

"I thought there needed to be a more sanitary way to clean up dog waste. I developed my invention to provide pet owners and walkers a way to catch dog feces before it reaches the ground," said the inventor. The patent-pending PET SCOOP eliminates the need to pick up dog waste using conventional hand methods. It reduces the need to bend, touch, or clean up the animal waste on the ground. This device offers a more sanitary means to collect pet waste and may contribute to a cleaner environment. The convenient and easy-to-use device is retractable for ease in carrying and storage. It is also designed for ergonomic and comfortable handling.

The original design was submitted to the Fort Lauderdale sales office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
