Dun & Bradstreet Completes The Purchase Of coAction.com Assets To Create An End-To-End Receivables Management Platform


SHORT HILLS, N.J., March 12, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Dun & Bradstreet, a leading global provider of business decisioning data and analytics, today announced that it purchased the assets of coAction.com LLC, a provider of revenue cycle management software. The acquisition positions Dun & Bradstreet to provide a complete credit-to-cash solution and underscores its efforts to identify new areas in which its category-defining commercial credit data and analytics provide greater value to clients seeking to streamline and automate financial transaction processes.
