Colorado BioScience Association Offers FDA Leader's Perspective During Keynote at Medical Device Symposium

Colorado BioScience Association (CBSA) welcomes FDA's Dr. Jeffrey Shuren via video conference to today's annual Medical Device Symposium, to be held at the Westin in Westminster. Shuren serves as Director of the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH), overseeing the safety, effectiveness, and quality of medical devices and fostering device innovation.

Shuren will address attendees during an afternoon keynote and take questions from the audience. His presentation offers life sciences leaders from Colorado an opportunity to hear about trends and challenges directly from the FDA leader responsible for medical devices.

Jennifer Jones Paton, President & CEO of Colorado BioScience Association, says:
"We're honored to welcome Dr. Shuren to CBSA's Medical Device Symposium. His commitment to joining us for a live keynote from FDA demonstrates the importance of Colorado's medical device community. Medical devices from Colorado make a global impact, they save and change lives around the world."
