Corvias Introduces Housing Maintenance App for Air Force Residents

Corvias, a long-term solutions and management partner to the U.S. military, today announced that residents across its Air Force portfolio can now manage their maintenance needs on their mobile devices. The service, available on mobile phone applications (Apple and Android) and web browsers, enables residents at all six Corvias Air Force installations to create and track maintenance requests.

"The resident portal is part of our promise to provide a gold level standard of service to achieve the highest level of resident satisfaction as part of the Corvias Commitment," said Tim Toohey, managing director of Corvias Property Management. "This convenient resident portal makes it easier than ever for residents to submit a request, check its progress and receive communication from our team."

Through the portal residents can submit and track work orders, as well as receive notifications from Corvias. While the portal is new to Air Force residents, more than 9,900 Army residents enrolled in the system when it became available last year. Residents can submit a work order through the portal and view status changes in real-time. In 2019, Corvias residents submitted more than 25,000 work orders via the Army portal with a 92 percent positive rating of the completed work. In a future version, residents will be able to pay any move in/out fees and pet fees through the portal and retired and civilian residents will be able to pay rent.

As part of its commitment to resident service, Corvias continuously evaluates its operations and housing requirements to meet and exceed the needs of military families. Through its partnership with the Air Force, Corvias strives to modernize housing with programs, such as the resident portal for predictable and stable performance.
