FirstService Residential to Manage Mesa Ridge Community Association in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, Jan. 23, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- FirstService Residential, Nevada's leading community management company, has been selected to provide full-service management to Mesa Ridge Community Association in Las Vegas. FirstService Residential assumed management responsibilities on January 1, 2020.

Mesa Ridge Community Association is a new single-family home development by Toll Brothers. The luxurious staff-gated community will consist of 322 modern, one- and two-story homes that range from 3,000 to 5,000 square feet. The community will also feature multiple resort-style amenities, including a pool, outdoor kitchen, fire pits and a fitness center.
