Bainbridge Announces Key New Hires, Executive Promotion to Support Company Growth

WELLINGTON, Fla., Jan. 14, 2020 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Bainbridge Companies (Bainbridge), the 10th-largest apartment developer and a leading owner and manager of luxury multifamily communities, today announced the hiring of two new team members and an executive promotion.

Alicia Bush joins the Bainbridge team as Regional Vice President to be based in Atlanta. With over 20 years of experience in the multifamily industry, Alicia's portfolio includes a diverse range of properties from new construction to stabilized assets. Her background in operations, personnel, training and physical asset management positions her well to lead Bainbridge's team of district and regional managers across its portfolio, providing strategic oversight and advising on daily process and operational functions. Alicia is a graduate of the University of Georgia with dual majors in Foreign Language and Business Management.

Christy Sanchez takes on the role of Vice President of Property Management to be based in Austin, Texas. In this position, she will oversee global operations of Bainbridge's management portfolio and support business development for the company's third-party management division. Christy brings more than 20 years of industry experience to Bainbridge, most recently serving as Regional Vice President in central Texas for Alliance Residential. She earned her Management Certification from Brookhaven College and is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) through the National Apartment Association (NAA). She also holds a Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).

Additionally, former Vice President of Property Management Julia Watson has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Property Management. In her role, Julia will lead market research, oversee implementation of financial and operations strategies, manage acquisitions, and play an integral role in business development. Julia specializes in new construction, Class "A" lease-up projects, stabilized properties, renovation projects and value-add communities. A graduate of the University of Georgia, she holds her CAM designation through the NAA and is currently pursuing her CPM designation through IREM. She is also a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) and Certified Credit Compliance Professional (C3P).
