Bioasis Announces Annual General Meeting Results


BIOASIS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (OTCQB:BIOAF; TSX.V:BTI), (the "Company" or "Bioasis"), a pre-clinical, research-stage biopharmaceutical company developing its proprietary xB3 tm platform technology for the delivery of therapeutics across the blood-brain barrier ("BBB") and the treatment of central nervous system ("CNS") disorders in areas of high unmet medical need, including brain cancers and neurodegenerative diseases, is pleased to announce that all resolutions were passed by the requisite majority at its annual general meeting ("AGM") held earlier today in Toronto, Ontario.

The four incumbent directors, Dr. Deborah A. Rathjen, John E. Curran, David M. Wurzer and Dr. Mario Saltarelli, were nominated for election and were re-elected by shareholders. Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Manning Elliott LLP as auditors of the Company for the ensuing year.
