Beverly Hills Plastic Surgeon Innovates Popular Butt Lift Procedure

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 20, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- The Brazilian Butt Lift, also known as BBL surgery, has become quite popular in the past decade but BBL plus 360 Lipo is the new and improved version of BBL surgery according to Dr. William Rahal of Beverly Hills. "My experience shows that adding 360 Lipo gives a more complete result and a more beautiful result. In addition to a larger, more shapely buttock, the patient gets an hourglass figure which enhances the overall result." Patients show a higher satisfaction rate by getting the hourglass look they ultimately seek to achieve. For this reason, Dr. Rahal never does a BBL without 360 Lipo.

In a traditional BBL, fat is liposuctioned out of the abdomen area and transferred to the buttocks. In contrast, 360 Lipo is liposuctioned out of at least 8 areas all around the body. It sculpts the body to give it an hourglass figure. Areas liposuctioned include: Upper Back, Lower Back, Hip Roll, Mons Pubis, Mid Back, Love Handles, Stomach, and Presacral Triangle. "It's simple if you think about it. A bigger, more shapely buttocks will always look better with a smaller waist and curved figure," explains Dr. Rahal.

Dr. Rahal has innovated the "360 skin tightening" add-on to this procedure, using technologies called J-Plasma and Morpheus8 to tighten the skin where the liposuction was performed. J-Plasma is done under the skin, while Morpheus8 is done from the outside, providing optimal results. Dr. Rahal states, "Skin Tightening is the most sought after result in plastic surgery and now we have technologies that do a great job at it."

360 Lipo with fat transfer to buttocks surgery, with 360 skin tightening, takes about 3 and a half hours under general anesthesia. Recovery time takes about 1-2 weeks off work and about one month until full recovery. Final results are realized at 3 - 6 months. When asked about the addition of the J-Plasma and Morpheus8 to the procedure, Dr. Rahal stated, "this method provides the maximal retraction of the skin."
