MercuryGate Announces Appointment of Mark Huebeler as Chief Financial Officer

MercuryGate^® International, Inc., (MercuryGate), the largest and rapidly growing independent Transportation Management System (TMS) provider, today announced that Mark Huebeler will join the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Huebeler will report to MercuryGate President and CEO Joe Juliano.

In his role as CFO, Huebeler will be responsible for the company's financial operations, including all corporate accounting, financial strategy and business planning as well as be instrumental in the company's mergers and acquisitions, balance sheet management and capital investment decisions.

Huebeler has nearly two decades of financial expertise in high growth, software and technology markets. Most recently he was Vice President of Finance at Valassis Digital, an advertising technology company, where he was responsible for accounting and finance. Prior to that he worked in LexisNexis's Legal Software Solutions division as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and then as CFO and Chief Operations Officer (COO). During his tenure he led the strategic review and restructuring of its product portfolio to reduce complexity and refocus investment on SaaS product revenue growth. Earlier in his career, Huebeler held progressively responsible positions in accounting and finance operations at Red Hat, Nortel Networks and Constellation Energy. He began his career as an Auditor at Deloitte.

He received a Master of Business Administration from the University of North Carolina and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology.
