Info-Tech Research Group Announces Info-Tech LIVE


Info-Tech Research Group today announced the agenda and focus for Info-Tech LIVE to be held in Las Vegas, Nov. 19-21.

The former chief evangelist of Apple and the author of The Art of the Start 2.0, Guy Kawasaki today is the chief evangelist of Canva, the brand ambassador of Mercedes-Benz, and an executive fellow of the Haas School of Business (UC Berkeley). At Info-Tech LIVE, Kawasaki in a conversation with Amber Mac, an entrepreneur and a television personality, will discuss all things innovation, evangelism and entrepreneurship, among other things.

Demystifying Artificial Intelligence: A Day in the Life of AI in 2025
In this keynote, Amber Mac will share how AI will change the way we live, work and play over the next few years. Drawing from latest research, engaging visuals and practical examples, Mac will take the audience on a journey to the near future, showing us how we will manage our work, our health and our transportation with AI and the need for IT professionals and businesses to adapt.

Leadership: Change Is Inevitable; Success Is Optional
The former CIO of the City of Toronto, with a proven track record of delivering award-winning business and technology solutions, Rob Meikle will lead this keynote. Passionate about maximizing potential while fulfilling purpose, Meikle will also discuss the need for authentic and transparent leadership.

Predicting the Future
Founding CEO at Pattern Computer, Mark Anderson is highly regarded for writing the most accurate predictive reports covering the computing and communication industries. Among other things, Anderson will highlight must-have information to develop strategy and business-technology planning.

Award-winning author and extreme adventurer Neil Petersen has completed two significant journeys. One was the completion of a single-handed, nine-month long yacht race that took him 27,000 miles around the world. The other, more arduous journey was overcoming poverty, a childhood disability, and racial prejudice in the apartheid-era South Africa. Petersen will delight and inspire the audience with his transformative keynote.

At the event, 40 chief information officers (CIOs) across the globe will be presented with the Info-Tech CIO Award. Based on Info-Tech's Business Vision program, which delivers detailed report cards on stakeholders' satisfaction with IT, these awards recognize outstanding IT leaders rated directly by their organizations' stakeholders. This year's winners have been determined based on responses from 16,500 business leaders and will be recognized in award ceremonies held for large enterprises as well as small and medium-sized organizations during Nov. 19-20.

SoftwareReviews, a division of Info-Tech, will also hold an award ceremony on Nov. 19 for software vendors that rank the highest in user satisfaction and across all other dimensions in their respective software categories. Ratings are 100 percent based on reviews from real users with no vendor or analyst influence.
