Those scholarships include Dollars for Scholars, a community-based grassroots program; the National Disaster Relief Fund, for those facing hardships after natural disasters; and the Families for Freedom Scholarship Fund, which provides scholarships for dependents of those killed or permanently disabled by the terrorist attacks on 9/11 and during rescue activities.
