AZZ Inc. Receives NYSE Notice Related to Delay in Form 10-Q Filing


FORT WORTH, Texas, Oct. 23, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- AZZ Inc. (NYSE: AZZ) ("AZZ" or the "Company"), a global provider of metal coating solutions, welding solutions, specialty electrical equipment and highly engineered services, announced today that it received a notice from the NYSE indicating that AZZ Inc. is not in compliance with the NYSE's continued listing requirements under the timely filing criteria established in Section 802.01E of the NYSE Listed Company Manual as a result of AZZ's delay in filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for its quarter ended August 31, 2019 (the "Form 10-Q") with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").

As previously disclosed, the Company is unable to timely file its Form 10-Q without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company's delay in filing the Form 10-Q is due to its need for additional time to finalize its income tax accounting. The Company is working diligently and expeditiously towards completion of the review.
