ONEIL named as subcontractor on $13 million U.S. Army contract

MIAMISBURG, Ohio, Oct. 22, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- O'Neil & Associates, Inc., (ONEIL) has secured a 3-year, sole source, $3.3 million federal contract for revisions to documentation for the U.S. Army's Husky program. ONEIL develops technical publications, training and related materials and will serve as a subcontractor for Critical Solutions International (CSI).

ONEIL, which provided subcontracted documentation support as part of a U.S. Army contract awarded to CSI in 2013, brings a wealth of historical knowledge to this project.

The $13 million contract awarded to CSI calls for revisions to the operator's manual, lubrication order, repair parts, special tools and hand receipt for the Vehicle Mounted Mine Detector Husky M1231. ONEIL's product support will focus on the Husky TMs and provisioning to the latest government specifications, including rewriting all diagnostic procedures in the narrative logic style. Specifically, ONEIL will provide revisions to the operations, maintenance, parts, and engine overhaul manuals, bringing them into compliance with the MIL-STD-40051-2C specification, including rewriting all diagnostic flowcharts to narrative logic style procedures.

ONEIL work will be conducted in Miamisburg with an estimated completion date of Sept. 26, 2022.
